These underwater photos and the movie clip were all shot on a low-resolution 2004 Canon Ixus camera in a waterproof case. With the exception of the Whaleshark, all footage was filmed within a stones-throw of the Vilamendhoo shoreline, on the Vilamendhoo 'house reef'. The four Whaleshark pictures are courtesy of one of our fellow swimmers, a kind German man whos pictures of the shark were much better than mine. We were swimming just above and behind it.
